Faith and Our Legal Practice

At Ingraham & Pautienus, we believe that our faith and legal practice are interrelated. Our Christian faith is the cornerstone upon which we live our lives and practice law. We represent clients in areas related to estate planning, trust administration, probate, business formation, business litigation, church/nonprofit law, and personal injury.

Community Involvement

We believe strongly in serving Christ in the community. Each lawyer is active in their local church and with other community based organizations, including the www.tbch4kids.org/, and the TBCH Run4kids, the Christian Women's Job Corp of Middle Tennessee, Operation Andrew, the Tennessee Citizens Prayer Breakfast, and H.E.L.P. for Seniors.

Staff Profiles

Daryla Colston
Daryla Colston has been working in the legal field for almost twenty years, beginning in 1988 as a legal assistant to Frank Ingraham. Daryla has worked as a paralegal in civil litigation and business planning matters for seventeen years. In addition, since 1996, Daryla has also handled Estate Planning and Trust Administration. In 2001, Daryla received her Real Estate Affiliate Brokers License and in 2004 she earned her Real Estate Brokers License. Daryla is a partner in the Real Estate Office of CityChoice Realtors.

Kathy Gregory
Kathy Gregory joined Ingraham & Pautienus in January 2006, and she has quickly made an impact in the management of the office and client matters. Kathy previously worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Nursing for All Care Professional Services, and she has experience as an Assistant in the medical records field, shipping industry, and with the Tennessee Department of Education.

Ashley Bass
Ashley recently re-joined the law firm of Ingraham & Pautienus. Ashley has a customer service background and assists with firm management and client relations. She is currently pursuing a business degree and is actively involved in the youth ministry and discipleship programs at her church.
